For foreign workers, the Certificate of sponsorship consists of a reference number which has 11 alphanumeric characters and will be issued after the selection of the individual while the individual applies for the visa. We do not send the COS reference number to any agent or individual before we receive the copy of the official biometric appointment date at the nearest VFS center.
